If you're completely incapable of doing it and Murphy's Law is your bestfriend then have a shop do it.
However, it's simple enough to do at home. I recommend just taking your time and going step by step carefully.
You'll have more satisfaction seeing them because you did it yourself and feel that the money is more justified. haha. In any case, congrats on the M3 mirrors.
