I have been having a problem with my headlights where one low-beam was pointing up and one was pointing down. I brought my car in to Life Quality BMW who told me that both headlights were damaged and would NOT be covered under warranty. They wanted to charge me over $3,200 to replace them, even though the car was never in an accident
I brought my car to BMW of Southampton to get a second opinion a few months back, and was told that the headlights would be covered under warranty. I dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon, and both headlights were replaced under warranty. The car was returned to be on Wednesday afternoon. They also topped off my washer fluid.
I would highly recommend BMW of Southampton, especially Tony Palmieri the service manager, and Felipe Papano, who was my service advisor.
