In the LCI paddles there are two resistors in each, one resistor is 6k ohm and the other is 300 ohm in the -paddle and 1k ohm in the +paddle. You have to remove the resistors on the circuit board in the paddles, and short circuit the solder points for the lower resistance resistor in each paddle. You can see the resistors in the second link i posted, they are the small black squares with silver ends.
