If you have only springs and your roads are bouncy than it is not a pleasure to drive.
Eibach has -30 front and -25mm rear.
H&R has average - 35 mm for both.
It depends what springs you have:
H&R Sport Springs lowers 1.5 - 2.0 inches on average
H&R Super Sport Springs lowers 1.75 - 2.3 inches on average

I think that to get rid of the problem (not going into coilovers) you should buy eibach pro system set up. These are springs and shocks.
It will be a little bit higher in the front and higher in the rear.
As to the comfort you will have much much better than on the H&R.
