Hmm that sounds awfully similar to when i had my tint done. I got mine done at seaside classic tint on garnet. My appt was for 10am, the guy didnt show till 10:30, i was leaving as he was pulling in. Then they told me it should be 2 hrs, when i got back, the car wasnt moved.

Then after everything is all said and done, i notice a scratch on my back left passenger window. Of course, i noticed it after a month..so.. i kinda thought, too late.
