Just a reminder, as mentioned in the article, never call BMW. Also never ask for a recall clearence report, ask for the Vehichle Service Inquiry, its just as good and does not require BMWNA.

It is also a fair request as buyer trying to assess the cars past. I will be emphasizing this in part 2.
