Every Cobb tuner is different, so while you got those numbers from your Cobb location using Joe Shmoe tuner, another will ALWAYS be different. Not to mention, car/weather conditions, etc. I had a protune on a previous car, and I can tell you, it was the most watered down tune I ever had because they were an extremely conservative shop.
OP - A tune is good, if available and you have the mods the justify it (FBO/Upgraded turbos), but keep in mind you are flashing the ECU. There are some known caveats to be aware of in this case.
A JB4 is proven power, safe, feature rich, and flexible, so it gets my vote.
