^^^ !!!! I ate tarantulas in cambodia when I was there. It is a lot like crab meat. They are very similar creatures when you really break it down. Exoskeleton, etc. The only part I didn't like was the fact that you could feel the hair follicles on the legs even after it was cooked. That texture was a bit disconcerting. I would never eat them again. However, if I had to choose between spider or durian. Spider all day long.
