It doesn't seem like the CSV files I can download from trapster contain any points with validated confidence level. I just downloaded it again and I only see low, medium and high levels. I get the files from this link (requires login):

Adding more points is not very easy, you have to generate 2 files with a very specific format and replace the old ones on the DVD.
