Yeah, it moves straight out about 1/4 inch. It is hitting something. You can hear it hit something as you try and pull it out. I am not sure if I could get pliers on it. This is really getting frustrating. That bolt should not snap like this, but its soft aluminum.
Yeah you are going to have to get that bolt out. The tensioner is not held to anything else but that bolt. Try with some needle nose pliers. Just get that bolt out and you are good. I'll try to brainstorm on how I can get it out.
