Not at all, Eibach springs are just as comfortable as stock.
Yes front camber can be adjusted from factory, albeit not as much as camber plates.

Eibachs and shocks will be entry level coilover money anyway (or thereabouts)... ST coilovers are good value and in your price bracket I would definitely do that instead of seperate springs and shocks.
