Well put, just being honest and upfront with them about bolt ons can't hurt. Don't give anyone at the dealership a reason to dislike you, and an intercooler will likely cause no issues. It sounds obvious, but next time your at the service center just pause and listen for a few seconds, at least half of the people there are being quite rude and obnoxious.
