under the hood, you will find the tubes going from the fluid container to the noozles. hat tube has a few Y splitter connectors, make sure all the connection at these location are secure and tight. If you check the hood and see signs of water spot, it could be there is a leak in one of the tube connector. Or just bring your car to the dealer and have them take a look. I don't think it has anything to do with weather as these fluid are antifreeze and you live in florida so it not like it is snowing. gl.
