From what you've said, you haven't ever tried to do anything with her! And you let your friend walk all over her while you stood there and watched him do it. I know the feeling! (somewhat) i'm pretty damn shy too and if I wanted any girl, I'd probably sit idly and watch haha
well, if you're serious about it. I'd try tmy best to call her. I have a pretty terrible time trying to call people too. One time i took the whole day trying to call someone to apologize for something dumb i did. I think you'll be able to muster up the courage someday.
