I'm helping my uncle buy a car and we stumbled upon this 2009 335i Sedan with Technology, Navigation, Sport & Premium package with about 38,000KM for $33,900 and it is still covered by warranty. Today we went to take a look and a test drive. When we got there the sales guy told us that this car had been in an accident in the front right but he said that it has all been fixed by insurance and was certified by BMW. He even showed us the papers from BMW. When we got home we used this free vehicle history report (don't know if it's accurate) and it showed this:
06/21/2009
- MINOR ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: FRONT CENTER
- ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: NON-COLLISION
10/19/2010
- ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: RIGHT FRONT CORNER
10/19/2010
- FRONT IMPACT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE (Case #:10060066)
- AIR BAG DEPLOYED
- VEHICLE WAS TOWED
When we looked at the car, the exterior and the interior looked perfect condition. As this is my uncle's first time driving a BMW he loved everything about this car. Also this was the lowest price with this KM that we found and it just fits in his budget. The only thing that is holding us back is the accidents but it was certified by BMW.
What do you guys think?
