i'd rather keep my car uncovered rather than let the cover leave swirl marks all over my paint...no matter how good the material..it will scratch your paint
even wiping you car with "a litte bit dirty" microfibre towel will leave swirl marks on your paint let alone car cover
the thing about car cover is that each time it is used, it will pick up "some" of the dust from your body panel...this thin layer of dust will make the inner side of the car cover to be rough enough to create swirl marks on the subsequent applications
