I am seeing the same peak boost numbers, 14.7 psi with 75% UT setting. Boost is building faster and stronger, there is much less delay, as well as a little less decay.

Just a guess, but it seems the AT maps had different upshift logic in them before, the new logic is much quicker... doesn't require as much rolloff. It wasn't just for safety, it was also to prevent limps during the shift because of throttle valve closure, etc.
