It may take a day or two to get loaded. All I'm saying is that after that point, you still may not know. However, the 1800# should change and say that your vehicle is in transit. Don't despair if the WW doesn't respond for some time after that. My vehicle was at the port on March 28/29 and got loaded onto the boat on April 4. And the WW website only began to work for me yesterday, April 11. Now in fairness to WW, they were shut down on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, which may explain their tardiness in updating their website.
