SC Fuels definitely fits the bill. Valero is decent-sized. Weird, cuz Valero has the Benicia refinery, within reasonable distance for a Sac delivery. Valero took over Texaco and California-based Exxon stations. That's quite a few stations - still weird to see them receive deliveries from SC Fuels.
