I've reinstalled Vista on my wife's laptop, beforehand I backed-up iTunes (music & contacts), but now can't for the life of me work out how to restore the media from the backup.

Anyone got any ideas - been searhing online for ages but not finding quite the right thing.

Seems the simple method is to just replace the newly installed iTunes folder with the backed-up one but I'm struggling to actually find the new folder (as in an exact match to what I've got saved).

Any thoughts...
