There is a bit of misunderstanding on this topic. The M3 DCT is programmed differently from the 335is, as the 335is produces substantially more torque than the M3 therefore the bar pressure is raised

We now have a DCT 335is around 480 wtq with no slippage. No one knows what the stock limit is on this car and we cannot go by example of the M3 DCT other than drawing a line of percaution as a guide.

It is mere conjecture at this point to assume a particular limitation based on experience of the M3 which is remotely programmed differently from the 335is
