They are the same, except for the superficial differences.

But neither is an all weather mat. They're all weather liners.. The one thing to note about them which is not clear in the pics (which came as a surprise to me when I ordered and received a set for a friend's X5), is the material is more 'plasticky' than 'rubbery'. It's not as thick as the rubber mats. It looks great in the pics and fits like a glove in the car, but the texture is that of a really cheap, flexible Rubbermaid plastic. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not evident until you see it in person.

FWIW, if you change your mind and want to go with an all weather mat instead of a liner, there are two kinds. One has the carpeted heel and other doesn't. The carpeted heel one is cheaper but not as heavy and protective. The one without the carpeted heel is more expensive but it's more sturdy, has deep grooves and does a better job of hold dirt and snow/water.
