I was gonna ask the same thing! I just got my "scratch resistant" F1 pinnacle done and there were scartches on both front windows. So I had them redone for free, but after a week I rolled the windows and got scratched again. They said it was either something in the door panels or the super tight sealings. I believe it's not their fault, but I have having scratched tints, they look so cheap now...
