I think most people that want square setups on non-M e90s run 245s all around.
Keep in mind that with wider tires comes more weight that our wimpy N/A motors have a hard time dealing with. For a 328i I wouldn't really go wider than you have to. I personally think the stock 225/255 is fine but that's just me.
