170k buys a lot of bags and with only one car, I'm pretty sure she has a lot more saved than you dude. She's earning close to 3x what you are right now and it seems with a house, you have much higher fixed costs than she does. So please tell me how you managed to buy a house with a (before tax) income of average 55k a year for two years and yet be able to afford a car and still have food to eat? and please, don't insult our intelligence with "i know how to save".
