I bought Eibach 25mm spacers for my rears to get the flush look with my square 19" setup. Love them alot so far and no problems. No alingment necessary so far, just make sure you fully clean both surfaces (the hub and the wheel face) and properly torque the bolts down and you wont have any wheel wobble.
