That's a standard button cell battery, no? 2020 are available at any drug store.
OP, did you just buy this car? If so, I would confront the dealer about this. If not, do your locks work when pressing the central locking button on your dash? If it does, then it's not a fuse. Your key is probably not programmed to your car or something is interfering with it. Good luck. Hope you figure this one out.
