I am sure all these LEDs are pretty much similar. The camera settings can have a big difference and such. I have the LS3 V2 I can tell you that I am surprised I haven't gotten pulled over at night with these. They make me squint when I go outside and look at them lol (night time of course). Daytime they are nice and crisp and I am sure the V3 are just as bright. I compared them with OSS before and they are virtually the same thing brightness wise.
