I don't understand the need to have any redundancy, the CCA has a greater history and more fluid establishment, governing bodies, etc. As a former ACA member and long-time CCA member, I am excited to have an Oregon Chapter and feel it would be of best interest to the community as a whole for the ACA to strongly consider migrating into the CCA, providing as many resources as possible and ensuring the thriving potential for the new CCA chapter.
I'm a bit more fond of the organization of the CCA as well...
