I believe if they notice the DPs, from previous work, it will be noted in their system. That said, they still have to prove the DPs caused the turbo failure and with the NEW turbo/wastegate warranty I bet they would still have to pay. You might need a lawyer though. I myself have ARs and keep them in since it is a pain in the ass to remove and re-install.
