Just me but after doing it, I would go with 1. amp upgrade (JL XD600/6), 2. Front door speakers/tweethers (Morel HO II), 3. Underseat woofers upgrade to Jehnert 200 mm. PS: I was pretty happy after 2. 3. is the icing on the cake.
