So I just called up my local bmw service center and they told me it takes hours to code, even longer if I have navigation (which I do), and estimated two hours of labor to be $180. Is this a joke? I believe I have FRM 2 and I thought all that is needed is to disable the bulb check. Am I missing something?

I'm going to ask the local stealership what they charge but I'm sure I'll hear the same thing or that it can't be done.

Any help?
