Just a couple things to add. If you're going to take your door panels off or any other panels that are held in by plastic rivets or clips more than once, it is inevitable that you will break one of the clips that holds it in place. Buy a few spares from your local dealer just in case. They only cost about $1 each.

Also, the plastic pry tools that VP mentioned come in different types. Usually a soft, medium and stiff. Get the stiff. For the plastic trunk panel, I practically bent my medium tools in half trying to get those plastic rivets out. The medium just wasn't stiff enough to overcome the friction of those rivets. I ended up breaking them when I used a metal tool and then I replaced them. These are the ones I got off ebay which are medium stiffness. Little more expensive than the ones VP posted though.
