Just add $644 in VO to CAS and NFRM (or whatever your car shows in NCSExpert) and recode 2RAD module to default settings (which now will include BT) with Expertprofile.
If this will fail with your USB-OBD cable you will need somebody with OPS diagnostic interface (orange one).
That's what worked with by non-iDrive Proffesional LCI car.
