You will need a torx screwdriver to remove the plastic screws that hold the bottom trim and side skirt to get the jack point back out. Be careful as you can easily scratch your hand.
A jack point should not be that expensive in the UK. The dealership will probably stock them.
If it makes you feel better, I ripped the front passenger jackpoint out of the car < 48 h of driving it new. I also damaged the undercarriage paper like trim piece because the jackpoint wedged itself there.

Exactly right!!! Thanks!!! I was able to pull it out without needing to undo the torx. Got replacement jack box from dealer today for £9.20. I also found a torx screw on the drive, but I need to cjack to car up slightly to be able to screw it in to hold some of the plastic cover in. All in all, not as bad as it looked!
