I literally have the same problem, and practically identical to your story, limp mode in the middle of California Speed Way track. Reset the car decided to give it another try and then it happen again. I am running AA Xede tune, what did you use to reset your codes? I heard if you use GT-1 it's still detected and do you use BT? I have no idea and frankly I need help on exactly what to do before taking it in and possibly getting my warranty voided.
