Why not have a tire shop take care of it? They have the tools and knowledge. I am sure they would do it for free or very nearly for free. The rubber stem can be cut on the inside of the wheel and it will pop out. I assume you have an 06 and bought one of the wheels from an 07 or later that is why one has a sensor and one does not. Tire shops have a tool to remove the rubber stems, heck you can probably grab it with pliers from the inside and yank it out.
