Good God, 5 hours to tell you something you know won't fix it. I reset adaptations several times on this car, no dice. Nothing against any one personally that works at a dealer, but I find that there are more parts swappers and pre-delivery inspectors and no true diagnosticians (if that's a word). Guys like us typically work at / own independent shops.

I do hope they find something that helps your problem. Many of our customers are quite irritated by service advisors that give them a huge estimate for a lot of BS work, then tell them to trade it in and look at the new cars in the showroom. Then they come to us for a real estimate.
