Biggest thing I learned from looking so far is on my camera the AF is so slow I need to set it to about 15 ft in front of the hood to get most of it in focus.
Between 1/125-1/250 was good for non panning. 1/25th was sweet for panning if I hit it dead on (which not many did).
I think I need to buy a different body if I plan on shooting this stuff more. Trade in my T2i for a 7D or something with better AF/fps rate. The 1.6x crop factor would help extend the range of my lenses a bit too.
