I think it allows you to custom tailor you sound
cleansweep only flattens the output of the Head Unit.
MS-8 flattens and adjusts to the location of the listener
plus 8 channels.
and has all kinds of crossover and delay adjustment possibilitys.
But the low output of the built in amps don't add up .
Also the ms-8 only allows you the results of the calibration no
tweeking.
Price seems kind of high on the Alpine though.
I have never heard these so maybe I shouldn't be commenting.
