After not wanting to drop $750+ for bmw performance intake, I decided to get aFe magnum force stage 2 inclosed intake. It was not do for power as 3 to 12 hp or what ever the claims they say. I wanted a little more growl than what performance exhaust was giving. And wanted closed system as so not to get any heat soak issues as with some of other open types.
Well it does have that growl just before 3000 rpm. Dont really notice power, flow difference to be honest. Maybe a little better low end, but that could be the noise doing that??
Looks wise, its not too bad, but its not like you can drive with the hood open.
