How about Google Calendar? I made this public for everyone to view but email me at dubbedown@gmail.com if you want permissions to edit (so you can add yourself as an attendee). In the description field, that's where you'd enter if you are attending. Plus you can just search for an event (by initials or full name) just to see the which clubs are running there over next couple weeks/months.
