I've been using Mobil 1 in my cars for over 15yrs, but just recently started using the Castrol 0w 30 in my e91 and e90. I've been really happy with it and it fulfills the LL01 specification. I noticed a little less lifter ticking and vanos noise as well. It's been about 6 months, so I'll see how things go in another 6 months.
