I went to autozone for getting Castrol edge 0w-30 yesterday, the shop I went to didn't has 0w-30, however, they had Castol edge 0w-40 insteaded, which also made in Germany and has LL01 approval on its label. Then I checked on Castrol website, noticed that 0w-30 doesn't has LL01 approval now. So I am wondering which one I should use for my 2010 328xi. I know lots of people here use Castrol 0w-30 and have no any issue. But how about Castrol 0w-40?
I live in TX and have my car for daily drive. 5 miles for going to office every weekday, and have a long distance drive (~800 miles) on weekend. Any opinion is appreciated.
