not as low as you, but I used to be lol...I cant do that in nyc anymore.
Are you talking about the metal bracket that is used to screw the fender and bumper together? my rub isnt so bad, but every now and then I hit a bump that causes my tire to knock the bumper out of alignment. maybe ill just get stretched tires this summer.
