There are a bunch of them, and some manufacturers make both mechanical and electronic like Defi. The BF series that most people use are electronic, but they are 60mm so they are on the larger side when it comes to putting them into the vents, and the $90 gauge that they use to sell was mechanical, but i'm not sure if it was discontinued. Some autometer's are electronic, others are mechanical, but i'm not a fan of their gauges. Greddy makes electronic ones also. The list goes on.
With that said, I still like the gauge that you have installed so I wouldn't sweat it too much.
