1. I recommend LUX. More on the pricey side but definitely worth it.
2. Not sure if they're worth it but that's completely up to you. You can find used suspension in the classified section and here in the regional.
3. Seems like you've got the funds to support a purchase that big so I say go for it! 9.5 front and 10 or more in the rear with et22 front and et20 rear. That will be perfect. However, you will need to stretch tires to get those to work. Not sure if you're into that or not.
