Worn suspension components and mediocre tires will cause DTC/DSC intervention more often as they get worse. My car with 85k miles and original suspension was starting to do what you're describing more and more. I refreshed the suspension with coilovers and all new rubber mounts, etc, along with new control arms and the car feels much more planted. No more mid corner bounce and hesitation. Worn shocks won't absorb much of an impact, so when the car hits a bump it will crash down and the springs will bounce it back up. Worn control arm bushings will exemplify this sensation through the steering wheel.
In really bad situations ive seen the traction control pop on for a second. But yeah I figured it needs a suspension refresh. Any idea what helped the most coil overs or new control arms?
