Which Dealer? Seems like maybe they
are trying to screw you. Kinda sucks when you cant even trust them to take care of you correctly.
To the OP, if you go to the place maybe they will have it on record or something. Worth a shot if you havent already called them raising hell. Would be funny to go up there being all nice and stuff and then the next day call them back and tell them youre sueing them, then thank them for the copy of your invoice, lol. I can be pretty evil sometimes, haha!
