32deg adds a lot of pressure, like raising boost... How were the logs in warmer temps. Its very difficult to see no corrections in 4th on pump.
Your logs look very good actually but could use some fintuning. Instead of raising OL i would just increase the table cells around 4500, 5000rpms. For IC maybe a little map editing to increase the adjustable range.
